To register and use raja99 services, you must meet the following requirements without exception. Raja99 reserves the right to request proof verifying each of these requirements at any time.
- You must be 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any associated account will be terminated immediately.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at raja99. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and all funds forfeited.
- You must provide accurate, true, and up to date at registration. False information is grounds for account termination without any refund.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining password security your account. Raja99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
- A raja99 account is intended for personal use only. You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account.
KYC Process: Raja99 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. You may be required to submit a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents. This process exists to protect your account security and the overall integrity of the platform.
Raja99 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
- Minimum withdrawal is RM30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 to 24 hours for bank transfers.
- All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.

Raja99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each promotion comes with specific conditions that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

All games offered on the raja99 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers. Raja99 acts as a distribution platform and does not modify the logic or outcomes of any game.
- Any technical disruption during a gaming session — including internet disconnection, device freeze, or server issues — will be resolved based on transaction records stored by the system. raja99's system decisions are final in such cases.
- Wagers that have been verified and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or altered. Please review every wager carefully before confirming it.
- Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the relevant game interface. These limits are subject to change at the discretion of raja99 or the game provider.
- In-game Live Casino, all decisions made by the dealer are final. Any disputes must be filed within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

Raja99 takes platform integrity extremely seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund:
- Identity Fraud: Registering or using an account under another person's identity, falsified documents, or misleading information.

- Money Laundering: Using the raja99 platform to launder or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
- Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, sharing information with other members, or using other methods to claim bonuses fraudulently.
- Collusion: Colluding dishonestly with other players in the same game to manipulate outcomes.
- Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards raja99 staff or other members through any communication channel.
Consequences of Violation: Raja99 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds during investigations, and report suspected activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Members may close their raja99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process within 3 to 7 business days.
- Raja99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating these terms without prior notice.
- Accounts that inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 or equivalent until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
- In confirmed cases of fraud, all account balances in the relevant account may be forfeited by raja99 as compensation and to cover investigation costs.
- Members who have closed their account due to exclusively for personal use (self-exclusion) are not permitted to re-register during their self-imposed exclusion period.
Raja99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from technical disruption beyond raja99's control, such as internet disruptions, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your negligence in maintaining password security.
- Losses resulting from game results valid under the rules set by the game provider.
- Any losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform that may contain errors or omissions without fraudulent intent.
In any case, raja99's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Raja99 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
- Continued use of the raja99 platform following any changes to the terms is considered as full acceptance against the updated terms.
- If you disagree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
- These Terms and Conditions governed by law relating to platform operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
